Light:

• Prefers bright, indirect light.

• Direct sunlight can scorch the colorful pink, cream, and green leaves.

• Low light will reduce leaf coloration and may slow growth.

Watering:

• Keep soil evenly moist, not soggy.

• Water when the top 2–3cm of soil is dry.

• Use room-temperature water and avoid letting the plant sit in water.

• Reduce watering slightly during cooler months.

Humidity:

• Thrives in high humidity (60–80%).

• Benefits from a humidifier, pebble tray, or placement in a naturally humid room.

• Low humidity can cause brown leaf edges.

Temperature:

• Ideal range: 18–28°C.

• Sensitive to cold; avoid temperatures below 15°C and drafts.

Soil:

• Use a well-draining, moisture-retentive potting mix (potting soil with perlite and coco peat).

• Ensures healthy roots and prevents waterlogging.

Fertilizing:

• Feed every 4–6 weeks in spring and summer with a balanced liquid fertilizer.

• Reduce or stop feeding in autumn and winter.
