    At Pixels and Petals, we value our customers and take pride in the quality of our products and services. Please read our returns policy carefully as it differs between our Petals (plants & pots) and Pixels (design & digital products) offerings.


    🌱 Plants

    • We take great care in packaging plants to ensure they arrive safely and in good condition.
    • If there is an issue with your plant, we require an unboxing video or clear photos of the unboxing process, including the plant and all original packaging material.
    • This media must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the plant. Without this, we cannot process a refund or replacement.
    • If the product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 24 hours for a full refund (excluding return shipping costs, which are for the client’s account).

    🏺 Terracotta Pots

    • Each pot is carefully packaged to avoid damage during transit.
    • Should your order arrive damaged or not meet your standard, we require an unboxing video or photos of the unboxing process, including the product and original packaging material.
    • Media must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
    • Refunds are available within 2 weeks of receipt, provided the above conditions are met. Return shipping is for the client’s account.

    • All design work, websites, and branding materials are approved by the client prior to final delivery.
    • For physical printed products (e.g., business cards, flyers, advertisements):
      • We are not liable for errors (such as spelling mistakes) that were approved by the client during the proofing stage.
    • For digital products (e.g., logos, websites, social media content):
      • If an error is identified after delivery, we will correct it at no additional charge and resend the updated files via email or WhatsApp.

    General Conditions

    • Refunds will only be processed once the returned product is received and inspected.
    • Return shipping is non-refundable and remains the responsibility of the client.
    • Custom orders and personalised products may not be eligible for refunds unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
